I have a diverse career background in the social services, human resources, and software quality assurance fields, and am confident in my ability to both empathize with users as well as view products from an objective and quality-driven perspective. Prior to recently completing the UX Design Immersive Program through General Assembly, I worked for four years within the electronic health records industry in both quality assurance and human resources. During my time in HR, I led hiring for our UX division and gained a unique insight into the field.
